Our approach

How we build.

Small steps, regular check-ins and no surprises. Here's how we work, what we build with, and how we keep your data safe.

How we work

Four steps. No surprises.

Every project we do for clients, and every product of our own, follows these four steps. You never wait months to see something.

  1. Step 01 · Week 1

    Listen

We sit with your team and watch how the work is done today.

You getA one-page summary of the problem, and what “fixed” looks like.

  2. Step 02 · Weeks 2–3

    Plan & draw

We plan it and draw the screens, so you can try them before we build.

You getScreens you can click through, a plan and a clear price.

  3. Step 03 · Week 4 onwards

    Build

We build it piece by piece and show you something new every two weeks.

You getSomething new to try every two weeks, tested before you see it.

  4. Step 04 · After launch

    Look after

We launch it, keep a close eye on it and keep making it better.

You getAlarms, quick fixes, safety updates and steady improvements.

Ways to work with us

Four ways to work with us.

Every project is different. These are the four usual ways we start.

  1. We build it for you

You tell us the problem. We plan, design and build the software that solves it.

Best forA new website, mobile app or system

  2. Use one of our products

Start with software we have already made, set up to match the way you work.

Best forHR, approvals, insurance and deliveries

  3. Borrow our people

Our engineers, designers and testers join your team and work alongside you.

Best forTeams with more work than people

  4. We look after it

We keep your software running, fix problems and keep making it better.

Best forSoftware that is already live

What we build with

Popular tools, chosen to last.

We use well-known, well-supported tools. So your software is easy to look after, and easy to hire for, for years.

  • Web

The websites and screens people use.

    • Next.js & React
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS
    • Vite
  • Mobile

Apps for Android phones and iPhones.

    • React Native (Expo)
    • Flutter
    • Push notifications
    • Biometric sign-in
  • Services & APIs

    The engine behind the screens.

    • Python & FastAPI
    • Node.js & NestJS
    • REST & OpenAPI
    • Background jobs & events
  • Data

Where information is stored and kept safe.

    • PostgreSQL
    • Redis
    • S3-compatible storage
    • Analytics databases
  • AI

Models and tools that read, write and act.

    • OpenAI, Claude, Gemini & DeepSeek
    • MCP servers
    • n8n automation
    • OCR & computer vision
  • Cloud & DevOps

Where it runs, and how updates go out.

    • Docker
    • GitHub Actions
    • Self-hosted or cloud
    • Sentry & Grafana
  • Integrations

Links to services you already use.

    • WhatsApp, SMS & email
    • Razorpay & Stripe
    • Google Maps
    • Bill payments & DigiLocker

How we choose our tools

  • Easy to hire forTools many engineers already know, so any good team can look after your software.
  • One tested baseEvery project starts from the same base, with sign-in, history and alerts already built.
  • Your choice of homeRun it on a major cloud or on your own servers. Your data stays under your control.
  • Never stuckOpen standards, so you can change suppliers or AI companies later.

Keeping it safe

Safety is built in from the first day.

It isn't a check we do at the end. Every project gets all of this.

  • Safe sign-in

One secure login, with a second check, like a code on your phone.

  • The right people only

People see only what their role allows. One customer never sees another's data.

  • Locked-up data

Data is scrambled (encrypted) while it travels and while it's stored.

  • A record of every change

Who changed what, and when, is always saved.

  • Protection from misuse

Limits on repeated requests, checks on messages between systems, and virus scans on uploads.

  • Code checked for problems

Every change is scanned for security problems before it goes live.

Good habits we never skip

  • Separate places to build, test and go live
  • Every change checked by a second person
  • Automatic tests on every change
  • Something new to see every two weeks
  • Alarms and error tracking from day one
  • Clear notes and guides when we hand over

Questions

Good to know.

How often will we see progress?

Every two weeks. At the end of each two-week step, you see and try what we've built.

Can you work with our own team and tools?

Yes. We can join your tools, meetings and code reviews, or run the project ourselves and keep you updated.

Where will our software run?

Wherever suits you: a major cloud or your own servers. We'll explain the costs of each before you choose.
