How does a project start?
With a chat. Tell us what's slow or messy, and we'll reply within one working day. If software can help, we usually start with a short planning stage: we watch how the work is done and give you a clear plan and price.
Can you do just one part, like design or testing?
Yes. Every service can be booked on its own. Many clients start with one and add more later.
How long does a project take?
Planning takes two to three weeks. Then we build in two-week steps, with something to try at the end of each. A first version is often ready in a few months. We'll give you a real estimate once we understand the work.
How do you price your work?
You get a written quote before you commit to anything. Products are paid monthly or yearly. Setting up, custom work and support are quoted separately.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many projects start with the planning stage alone. You keep the plan, whether or not you build with us.
Who owns the code?
When we build for you, you do. The code, designs and notes go into your own accounts. Our own products stay ours, and we license them to you.
How do you look after personal data?
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and who to contact.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We're based in Hyderabad and work with businesses in India and around the world. Everything we deliver is delivered online.
